At TRI-FIT Athletic, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
